Please note if registrations are made less than two weeks prior to the Congress (after 27 January 2012), the only payment option available is credit card. Visa MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.
If you wish to register for more than one person at the same time, and therefore receive one invoice for multiple registrations, please complete the Bulk Registration Form. Please note a maximum of 5 registrations can be completed at one time.
