Method of Payment
Full payment MUST be received prior to the Congress. Please note if registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Congress (after 27 January 2012) the only payment option available is credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:
i. Credit Card Payment
Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.
ii. Cheque Payment
Please make cheque/bank draft in Australian Dollars payable to “WALDRONSMITH Management – ASO” and mail to the Congress Office
International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the Congress Office.

Additional Information
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fees: Cancellations received in writing at the Congress Office 30 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a handling fee of $110 including GST. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded however, your registration can be transferred to another member of your organisation. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Office .
Accommodation: Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee within 30 days. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Congress Office.
Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Congress Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
Tax
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Congress registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Accommodation cannot be confirmed until credit card details are received.
